We shall move forward once we receive client KYC accompanied by the Company Registration and a Board Resolution confirming the application for monetizing the SBLC. The SBLC has to be confirmed in the US through a correspondent bank and carry specific language found in narrative provided herewith. If borrower can do this then there is no limit to the maximum amount for monetizing. Minimum starts at US$ 50 million. Exact LTV would be spelt out in the Facility Agreement post Monetizer-Borrower meeting/video conferencing and necessary underwriting.
